We are a 65 person Managed and Cloud Services Provider that is currently looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise)to lead and scale its managed services operations. This high-impact leadership role will oversee a team of 10 technicians while managing IT services for 300+ external clients. The company is expanding rapidly, investing heavily in growth, and creating new leadership opportunities for forward-thinking professionals.
We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) with a background in the Managed Services industry.
IT Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the vision for scaling managed services, defining KPIs, and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
- Autonomy & Impact: Shape and build a growing department, with the freedom to implement best practices.
- Client-Centric Approach: Proactively manage key accounts, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.

- Proven ability to scale MSP operations and drive efficiency.
- Strong experience leading technical teams and managing service delivery.

IT Service Delivery Manager (MSP/ConnectWise) Salary + Benefits:
