IT Service Desk Engineer Hybrid WFH (MSP)

We provide full IT support too small to mid-sized companies in varying fields including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Property Management, Finance, and more. We pride ourselves on being the single source for all IT solutions, including IT project design and implementation, security services, cloud services, helpdesk services, System monitoring, WAN/LAN services, etc.

Due to steady growth, we are in search of a skilled, personable, and MSP experienced IT Service Desk Engineer Hybrid WFH (MSP). The ideal IT Service Desk Engineer Hybrid WFH (MSP) candidate will be able to resolve escalated tickets and assist Sr Engineers on projects. The ideal candidate should be well versed with Windows OS, MacOS, Windows Server, AD/GPO management, M365 administration, VMware or Hyper-V, Network Administration (routers/switches/firewalls), and Azure Entra (Intune is a plus).

MSP experience is required!

IT Service Desk Engineer Hybrid WFH (MSP) Requirements:

  • 1 year of MSP experience
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
  • Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
  • Knowledge of M365
  • Knowledge of Azure (Entra ID/Intune/MDM)
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
  • Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
  • Qualify client issues and open support tickets.
  • Experience with ConnectWise or similar tools
