IT Service Desk Engineer L2 (MSP) Required Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft desktop and server systems, Active Directory, and Azure
-SharePoint Administration
-Office 365 cloud troubleshooting: 2 years
-Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, IPSEC, and SSL VPN, Firewalls, and Wireless networks
-Fortinet and Cisco Stack
-Knowledge of backup, replication, and monitoring solutions
-Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
IT Service Desk Engineer L2 (MSP) Preferred Qualifications:
-Certifications or experience with products from VMware, FortiGate, Microsoft, and Cisco.
-Experience with TrendMicro, Veeam, Google Apps, and Apple products.
-ConnectWise RMM
-Experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions to fit the client needs.
-Experience in managing Azure Infrastructures, SQL instances, and Azure virtual machines
