IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Overview:

The IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) position is a key contributor in the success of managing our client’s networks. This is achieved by quickly resolving incidents that our clients open tickets for and by constantly monitoring the alerts generated by our tools to resolve incidents before our clients are aware. The IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) will make heavy use of ConnectWise, MS Office 365, MS Azure, desktops/networking, virtual servers (VMware/Hyper-V), and SonicWALL/Meraki.

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) with experience working for a MSP or CSP

IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft desktop and server systems, Active Directory, and Azure
  • Experience using Kaseya VSA & BMS
  • SharePoint Administration
  • Microsoft 365 cloud troubleshooting
  • Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, IPSEC, and SSL VPN, Firewalls, and Wireless networks
  • Fortinet and Cisco Stack
  • Knowledge of backup, replication, and monitoring solutions
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
