IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft desktop and server systems, Active Directory, and Azure
- Experience using Kaseya VSA & BMS
- SharePoint Administration
- Microsoft 365 cloud troubleshooting
- Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, IPSEC, and SSL VPN, Firewalls, and Wireless networks
- Fortinet and Cisco Stack
- Knowledge of backup, replication, and monitoring solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
