IT Service Desk Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 7/8/10 and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Communicate with clients on-site (desktop support) to resolve technical issues and close tickets
- Cloud and virtualization using VMWare, Azure, and other technologies.
- Advanced Office 365 Administration
- Firewall, Router, Switch installation and configuration
