IT Service Desk Engineer – (MSP) Duties: 

  • Provide excellent service and support to end-users remotely from the office or onsite at customer locations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft (Workstation and Server) administration including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, VMWare, Routing, and Network Management
  • Perform work on servers as required to resolve user-facing tickets
  • Act as an escalation point for junior technicians
  • Troubleshoot Desktops, Networks, Printers, Peripherals and Operating Systems
  • Work with vendors & partners concerning products and service issues.
  • Install and remove anti-virus programs
  • Basic connectivity repair (ping, DNS, DHCP, Traceroute, etc.)
  • Must have recent MSP industry experience

IT Service Desk Engineer – (MSP) Benefits:
