IT Service Desk Specialist (MSP) Overview:

Due to an increase in business, we are seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist (MSP) with previous experience working for a MSP. As an IT Service Desk Specialist (MSP) you will be working with ConnectWise, Windows/MacOS, Windows Server, VMWare, Citrix, Azure, SonicWALL, and more.

IT Service Desk Specialist (MSP) Technical Focus:

  • Level 1 IT support of Cloud, Servers, and Desktops for both SMBs and Enterprise Clients, providing high-touch customer service via walking colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical issues remotely or in person.
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, (Citrix & Hyper-V welcome), Dell, HP, Azure Entra ID, ConnectWise Manage/Automate/ ITGlue
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with servers, both physical and virtual
  • Participate in internal and external (client-facing) meetings when necessary
  • Basic TCP/IP understanding of network switches, firewalls, security appliances, WiFi, etc.
