IT Service Desk Support Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Offer support for a wide range of issues related to Mac, PC, smartphones, networks, servers, and virtual environments, both remotely and onsite.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex challenges and provide expert guidance.
- Setup and configure new devices, perform software installations, and manage upgrades.
- Lead and contribute to projects involving server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with email and web hosting services.
- Work with various environments including Windows Server, Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Google Workspace.
- Manage and support cloud applications such as Mimecast, M365, DUO, OneLogin, Dropbox, SharePoint, and various VOIP solutions.
IT Service Desk Support Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle diverse situations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
- A hands-on, “roll up your sleeves” work ethic.
- Proficiency with both Mac and PC systems.
- Experience in creating and utilizing documentation.
IT Service Desk Support Tier 2 (MSP) Benefits:
- Salary $60,000-$65,000
