IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH)

Our current opening is for an IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH). The IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) will answer incoming tickets and work alongside the L2 and L3 technicians on advanced issues. You will be responsible for day-to-day PC/Server support, ticketing system flow, coordinating support sessions with users and resolving IT support issues. This position also assists with ongoing technology projects.
IT Service Desk Technician (Hybrid WFH) Experience:
- Experience with ConnectWise, Autotask, N-Able, or similar MSP tools
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, and newer Proficient in Active Directory user management, backup/restore, and patching
- Skilled in Azure Enterprise ID user management, OneDrive, and SharePoint support Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of PCs
- Setup of file, print, and remote access services
- Basic administration tasks like user/group management, file permissions, event log monitoring, and backup restoration
- Knowledgeable in enterprise email systems and Microsoft 365 Suite
- Familiarity with Apple support
- Proficiency in Windows 8/10/11 troubleshooting and configuration
- Setup and customization of standard Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools
- Installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and customization of MS Office Suite applications
- Ability to configure TCP/IP and diagnose Internet connectivity issues
- Understanding of routers, firewalls, switches, hubs, patch panels, and network node connections
- Knowledge of DNS services
