Due to continued growth, we are seeking two IT Service Desk Technician L1.5 (MSP/ConnectWise) to join the team. As an IT Service Desk Technician L1.5 (MSP/ConnectWise), you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will act as the point of escalation for level 1’s, close L1 tickets as needed, and assist the System/Network Administrators with back end projects. With a focus on Server and Network infrastructure items, this role involves diagnosing customer problems by gathering information through direct questioning and utilizing industry leading management platforms and remote access tools.
At this time, we are only considering IT Service Desk Technician L1.5 (MSP/ConnectWise) applicants with previous MSP experience.
IT Service Desk Technician L1.5 (MSP/ConnectWise) Essential Responsibilities:
- Advanced understanding of managing Windows Server, including Domain Server roles and Group Policy.
- OS installation and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking understanding, including DNS, DHCP, IP addressing and routing.
- Microsoft 365 licensing, multi-factor authentication, and email administration.
- VMware and Hyper-V fundamental administration and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Backup maintenance.
- Azure Entra ID administration.
