IT Service Desk Technician Level 2.5 / Team Lead (MSP) Overview:

We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2.5 / Team Lead (MSP) who will handle a mix of escalations and being a Team Lead per the Help Desk Technicians. This isn’t just another help desk role – it’s an opportunity to make a real impact on our team, help improve service delivery, and grow into a leadership position. You’ll be the go-to person for escalated tickets, ensuring service delivery is seamless while also helping improve our processes.
IT Service Desk Technician Level 2.5 / Team Lead (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Be the backstop for the help desk—escalations flow through you
- Own the ticket queue, keeping things moving efficiently
- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting across Windows Servers, M365, Networking, and Security Tools
- Lead new installations for clients (starting fresh!)
- Collaborate on service delivery improvements
- Maintain top-tier documentation and time entry
- Support team members & mentorship opportunities
IT Service Desk Technician Level 2.5 / Team Lead (MSP) Requirements:
- At least 1 year of MSP experience
- Experience using Kaseya is a must have requirement
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows Server (2012+), M365, Entra, Intune, VMware (ESXi, VCenter, VSphere), WatchGuard, Datto RMM & EDR
