IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (ConnectWise)
We are a Managed and Cloud Services Provider with over 15 years in business and a presence throughout Southern California. We offer technology solutions such as IT services, cybersecurity, cloud services, mobility solutions, unified communications, consulting, and support.
We have been steadily adding new clients and are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (ConnectWise) to grow with us. The IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (ConnectWise) include working with a high-value client onsite as a Dedicated Resource, resolving technical issues, upgrading their IT infrastructure from on-prem solutions to cloud solutions, providing application support, and troubleshooting networking infrastructure (switches/firewalls/routers). This is a full-time opportunity with a full-time salary between $60K – $70K depending on experience.
At this time we are only considering IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (ConnectWise) applicants with previous experience supporting multiple companies concurrently or supporting multiple domains.
IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (ConnectWise) Requirements:
- Provide support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, and email to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
- Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
- You can use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to help in resolving support requests.
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including hardware repairs, delivery of peripherals, or other fixes as determined.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components throughout various network infrastructure devices.
- Install advanced endpoint security software.
- Assist with management of Azure environment.
- Manage M365 tenant/environment.
- Manage company-provided cell phone accounts
