IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP):

We are currently seeking an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) to join our Seattle team, working primarily from their own home but must be able to visit a client Data Center in the Seattle/Tacoma area as needed. We’re seeking an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) who who exhibits honesty, integrity, and humility, and who is a team player with great technical and customer service skills. The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) must be well versed with ConnectWise, Kaseya, Windows Server, M365 administration, VMware, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, Meraki, and Azure.

We are only considering IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) with a background in the MSP industry.

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Answer support calls and provide clients with remote support
  • Troubleshoot desktops & networks
  • Install operating system, software, and updates
  • Remove viruses
  • Install antivirus
  • Work alongside Senior Engineer team to troubleshoot

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Skills & Qualifications Desired:

  • Managed Services experience required
  • Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012, 2016, 2019)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Cloud or Microsoft Office 365 and Google environments is a plus
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and punctuality.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Patience with people and the ability to help train end users
