IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure):

Our current opening is for a full-time, permanent IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure) paying $65k – $75k with full benefits, certification reimbursement, profit sharing, and more!

As an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 – Hybrid WFH (MSP), you will be the client-facing, go-to person for troubleshooting and backend administration issues. You’ll work with top-tier technologies (Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, and M365). The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure)should have experience with Windows Server, VMWare ESXi, Azure IaaS, M365, Duo and Sophos EDR. A strong understanding of Cloud-based environments and Modern Workplace tools are highly sought out, with AZ-104, Cisco, and Microsoft certifications being preferred.

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure) Responsibilities:

  • Provide Remote and onsite support for technical issues, aiming to resolve most tickets within 1 hour.
  • Monitor and prioritize tickets, taking escalated tickets and escalating tickets as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records, update system documentation, and work closely with the Operations and Field Engineer teams to address complex backend administration issues.

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP/Azure) Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of MSP experience
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, VMware ESXi, Azure IaaS, M365, Duo, and Sophos EDR.
  • Certifications: Azure, Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware highly preferred but not required
