The IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) will be in charge of ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while supporting clients remotely and in person. This person will be working on Tier II troubleshooting but getting exposure to all levels of tickets, with the support of senior engineers mentoring them on best practices.

IT Service Desk Technician – Level 2 (MSP) Technical Experience:

  • Experience with desktop operating systems
  • Email Administration with mid-level of user management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile, and permission issues
  • Virtualization Administration and architecture knowledge such as rebooting virtual machines, allocating necessary resources, and maintaining the hypervisor
  • Experience with M365 and ConnectWise
  • Domain functionality experience with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience supporting Azure AD (InTune is a plus)
  • High-level experience and knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience of Backup Solutions
  • Experience in troubleshooting Remote Desktop Services and VPN
  • Experienced in core network components
  • Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve
