IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP):

We are an national MSP with a growing presence in New York City. We believe that we will provide our clients with the best service by putting our employees first. This is a full-time, permanent, W2 position paying up to $75k with full benefits, hybrid WFH schedule, certification reimbursement, $1,000 stipend for home office, unlimited PTO, 401(k), Maternity/Paternity leave, and clear paths for internal promotions.

We are currently seeking two IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) with previous MSP experience. The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) should be comfortable supporting clients in Windows and Mac environments. Key technologies you will use as a IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) are, but limited to; Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, Mac OS, JAMF, VMware, Citrix, Meraki, Mimecast, and Azure.

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Day to Day:

  • Help people having problems with their Mac, PC, or smartphone, network, server, or virtual environment – on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Help coworkers our with challenges that require some extra brains
  • Be available to help with issues onsite
  • Setup new Macs, PCs, and smartphones. Perform software installs and upgrades
  • Work on projects like server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations
  • Help people sort out issues with email and web hosting
  • Work with a multitude of environments including Windows/MacOS, Windows server infrastructure, Citrix Xendesktop and XenApp, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Google Workspace.
  • Work with Cloud applications such as Mimecast, M365, DUO, OneLogin, Dropbox, SharePoint, and various VOIP solutions.
  • Previous MSP experience is REQUIRED.
