IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Overview:

Due to organic growth, we are looking for a passionate IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) that is eager to learn. The IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) is is best described as someone who will interact directly with clients and partners using their best problem-solving methodologies. As an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) you will resolve L1/L2 tickets and assist Senior Engineers on projects such as M365 migrations, Azure migrations, firewall configuration/deployment, and more.

We are only accepting IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) applicants with previous MSP experience and good tenure.

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:

  • Comfortable going onsite handling replacements of customer computers
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
  • Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
  • Knowledge of M365
  • Knowledge of Azure (Intune/MDM)
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
  • Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
  • Qualify client issues and open support tickets.
  • Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets.
  • Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal
  • Service ticket follow-up/quality assurance.
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.

IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Salary + Benefits:
