IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Comfortable going onsite handling replacements of customer computers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Knowledge of M365
- Knowledge of Azure (Intune/MDM)
- Knowledge of Hyper-V and VMware
- Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
- Qualify client issues and open support tickets.
- Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets.
- Schedule internal and field resources on the CRM dispatch portal
- Service ticket follow-up/quality assurance.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (MSP) Salary + Benefits:
