IT Service Desk Technician (MSP) Day to Day
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and cloud offerings, as well as virtual environments
- Troubleshooting workstation, networking, and server issues remotely
- Manage and support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Technical support of networking equipment: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Maintain and create documentation for hardware, applications, and SOP’s
IT Service Desk Technician (MSP) Job Requirements:
- 1+ years Managed Service Provider Experience required*
- 1+ years experience with ConnectWise & O365 preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in aspects of Microsoft administration for the Microsoft Windows operating system including installation, management, and application deployment
- Experience working with Active Directory
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365; exposure to Microsoft Azure AD a plus
