Our current opening is for an IT Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) with at least 1 year working in the MSP industry. Work with technologies such as Microsoft 365 (including email, MDM, and Intune), Windows 11, and Windows-based servers while managing and troubleshooting Active Directory, DNS, and IP networking issues. Leverage tools like ConnectWise and RMM platforms to provide proactive, high-quality support in a dynamic IT environment.
IT Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist users in resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions and document issue resolutions.
Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: - Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and devices
IT Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Technology Requirements:
- Experience with management of MS365 environments including email, MDM and Intune
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 including baseline security policies.
- Windows Server versions 2016-22
- Familiarity with RMM and remote assistance tools (e.g. ConnectWise)
- Experience troubleshooting issues related to Windows AD, DNS and IP networking.
