IT Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Day to Day
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and cloud offerings, as well as virtual environments
- Troubleshooting workstation, networking, and server issues remotely
- Support Windows Servers
- Manage Accounts in Active Directory
- Troubleshooting & Administration of O365
- Integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
IT Service Desk Technician Tier 1.5 (MSP) Job Requirements:
- 1+ years Managed Service Provider Experience required*
- 1+ years experience with ConnectWise preferred
- Knowledge/ Experience with Office 365
- Knowledge/ Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge/ Experience with DNS, DHCP
- Experience configuring and install various computer and Windows servers
