About

We are seeking a MSP – IT Coordinator 100% WFH who will interact directly with clients and partner with your peers using your best problem-solving methodologies. The MSP – IT Coordinator 100% WFH will act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests.

The MSP – IT Coordinator 100% WFH should have experience with Windows 10 Operating System, Office 365/Microsoft 365 Stack, Server 2012/2016 Administration, Firewall administration and Azure Administration. This is a full-time 100% remote opportunity for a MSP – IT Coordinator 100% WFH who has 2+ years of working for a Managed Service Provider.

*** MSP EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED **

MSP – IT Coordinator 100% WFH Requirements:

Qualify client issues and open support tickets.
Monitor service boards for new tickets and or respond to tickets.
Schedule internal and field resources on the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
Overseeing alert management systems
Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry/completion of service requests.
Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels.
