The IT Service Engineer and Manager – MSP will drive special projects with a focus on processes and related business operations systems integration and automation. The position includes hands-on project-based work, acting as an escalation point, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and managing a team of 10 Engineers.

IT Service Engineer and Manager – MSP Responsibilities:  

  • Act as the point of escalation for the resolution for highly complex issues and risks that have been escalated.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operational, product/solution, and service delivery functions across all lines of business.
  • Develop and refine service delivery and fulfillment processes and tools to ensure repeatability and standardization; process management; alerting, escalation and management of risks; SLA’s and KPIs.
  • Lead teams and drive execution of service delivery initiatives and help maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level.
  • Ongoing support and improvement of the Cloud infrastructure and service offering.
  • Collaboration with other departments to ensure transparency throughout the organization.
  • Travel for client projects, sales opportunities, leadership and technology seminars.
  • Act as escalation manager for on call rotation.
  • Cross collaboration with sales team to develop solutions that best fit the needs of our client base.
