IT Service Technician – MSP

Due to continued growth, we are in search of a IT Service Technician – MSP. The IT Service Technician – MSP will have demonstrated experience working within a Microsoft Windows workstation and server environment. We are seeking a IT Service Technician – MSP that has experience with AD and an understanding of basic network infrastructures. The IT Service Technician – MSP will work with ConnectWise, O365, Windows Server, SonicWALL, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and more. The IT Service Technician – MSP should have strong working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, 10). As well as, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 & Office 365)

Prior MSP experience required for the IT Service Technician – MSP position.

IT Service Technician – MSP Requirements/Job Duties:

– Troubleshooting/administrating O365 environments, primarily for SMB’s
– Must have experience with an MSP-oriented RMM tool – ConnectWise preferred
– Strong working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, 8.1, 10)
– Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SMB, and other common protocols
– Proficient with router, firewall, switch, and access point configuration/management (primarily SonicWall equipment)

IT Service Technician – MSP Preferred Experience:

– Experience with ConnectWise Automate/Manage
– SonicWALL firewall configuration experience
– Experience troubleshooting/administrating virtual servers (VMware and/or Hyper-V)
– Troubleshoot third party applications (ie: Adobe products, QuickBooks, custom applications, etc.)
– Configure, network and share printers
