Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience selling IT services or working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment? We’re looking for an IT Services Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, client-focused team based in Manhattan. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, understanding technology, and closing deals that truly solve business problems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for managed IT services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and support plans
  • Build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses in the NYC metro area
  • Conduct client discovery to understand their IT pain points, challenges, and growth goals
  • Work closely with technical engineers to tailor solutions and build proposals
  • Present services and value in meetings, demos, and strategic sales calls
  • Close deals and manage client handoff to onboarding and technical teams
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet revenue goals consistently

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in MSP, cloud services, or technology consulting
  • A strong communicator who’s comfortable pitching to business owners and C-level leaders
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity services, or cloud migration (even if not technical)
  • Confident in your ability to prospect, build rapport, and close business
  • Driven by performance metrics and sales goals
  • Comfortable working on-site in Manhattan and occasionally visiting client sites in the boroughs

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Sales revenue and closed MRR
  • Number of new clients signed
  • Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates
  • Client satisfaction & retention
  • Proposal accuracy and follow-up timelines

Location: Manhattan, NY (On-site)
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 base + commission
Compensation Structure:

  • 7.5% monthly recurring revenue (MRR), paid monthly
  • 35% of gross deal value, paid on receipt
  • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonuses
