Bowman Williams is a fast growing, rapidly expanding IT staffing firm with offices in Washington DC, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Dallas and as of January 2018, Los Angeles.

We have two open Sales Associate positions open. Both Sales Associates will physically work in our HQ office, based in Arlington, VA (specifically Rossyln). We just quadrupled our office space last year in anticipation of growth.

We exclusively partner with IT Cloud Computing companies and we staff for 90% of the fastest growing 100 Cloud Solution companies in our markets. We have been featured in the Washington Post, the MSPmentor, Talkin Cloud, Bloomberg, and consult Microsoft on Cloud hiring trends. Additionally, we earn 80% repeat business and client retention every year. Lastly, we’ve grown between 25% – 50% every year since 2012.

Sales Associates who will lead the charge on business development as we expand our staffing services into new markets.

WHAT TO EXPECT: The large majority of the Cloud Computing prospects in our industry who are worth partnering with and prospecting for, are already populated in our database and have been receiving our tailored marketing, seen our brand and likely aware of our existence. Sales Associates should do what they do best and open the door with these new Cloud companies as we expand by engaging over phone, email and in-person meetings. We want our Sales Associates focused on dialogue that converts prospects into new business, not chasing after companies trying to figure out who to call.

WARM LEADS AND LESS COLD CALLS. We’ve grown sales organically for the past 5 years. That means the large majority of our growth has come from repeat business. We currently have a 8:1 ratio of non-sales people to sales people. The Sales Associates will function as the “tip of the spear” and feel the results of their success across the company.

NO RED TAPE, NO ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, LIFETIME COMMISSIONS. Each new client you sign up gets handed over to an Account Manager who will service the account. Each deal we close you earn a commission and you continue earning commissions for the lifetime you’re working at Bowman Williams on each account you sign up. The average number of placements per client is 2 per year, with good clients hiring between 4-8 per year. This allows our Sales Associates to not get bogged down doing ANYTHING besides opening the doors with new companies.

Compensation: solid base + commissions = first year earnings between $90K – $110K, second year earnings $150K+ and third, well….we earn a ton of repeat business and the Sales Associates earn lifetime commissions on all the clients they sign up, so  it keeps snowballing each year.

Job Requirements:

  • Staffing experience is huge plus, but not required.
  • Outbound Sales experience, cold calling experience is a MUST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Our cold calling sales approach works and has worked for 7 years – you’re calling C-levels of Cloud Companies.
  • Convert warm leads into new business. We have a Marketing Manager and we receive inbound requests for information almost every day.  You will convert leads into clients.
  • Establish relationships via cold calls, emails, networking and in-person meetings with potential Clients – all C-levels of Cloud companies.
