IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) Overview:

We are an 40 person Managed and Cloud Services Provider with clients throughout the country. We are looking for an IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) to join our NYC team. The IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will work on a team of 15 ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3 allowing this person to be constantly exposed to new technologies. The IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will be handling support requests via ConnectWise and Kaseya. The technologies that the IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will be responsible for include, but are not limited to: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.

IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) Requirements:

  • Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
  • Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
  • M365 Administration
  • Implement vulnerability testing, threat analyses, and security checks (Security Assessments)

IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) Compensation:

  • $55,000 – $65,000
