We are an 30 person Managed and Cloud Services Provider with clients throughout NJ and NYC. We are looking for a IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) to join our Manhattan team. The IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will work on a team of 10 ranging from Tier 1 to Tier 3 allowing this person to be constantly exposed to new technologies. We value growth and offer all employees monthly paid training, certification reimbursement, and the ability to grow into various roles such as System Administrator, Network Engineer, Cloud Engineer, vCIO, and more.

The IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will be handling support requests via ConnectWise and Kaseya. The technologies that the IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) will be responsible for include, but are not limited to: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software.

IT Support Engineer & Jr System Administrator (MSP) Requirements:

Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
O365 Administration
Implement vulnerability testing, threat analyses, and security checks (Security Assessments)

$55,000 – $65,000
