IT Support Engineer – L1.5 (ConnectWise) Required Skills:
- MSP experience (no exceptions)
- ConnectWise / ITGlue
- Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, basic virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
- At least 1 years of experience in general Network Administration/Troubleshooting
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in between
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
