IT Support Engineer L2 – MSP Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 and Exchange clients for end-users.
  • Install, customize, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite applications according to client needs.
  • Set up and maintain file, print, and remote access services.
  • Administer user and group management, file permissions, event logs, and backup/recovery processes.
  • Manage enterprise email systems, including folder permissions, mail forwarding, aliases, and user administration.
  • Provide client support remotely and onsite, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.

IT Support Engineer L2 – MSP Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Solid understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, and enterprise OS deployment tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and M365 administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with desktops, applications, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
