IT Support Engineer L2 – MSP Responsibilities:

  • Configuring standard M365 and Exchange clients.
  • Installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and customizing MS Office Suite applications according to client preferences.
  • Configuring file, print, and remote access services.
  • Administering user and group management, configuring file permissions, event log monitoring, and backup recovery.
  • Managing enterprise email systems, including user and group administration, folder permission setup, mail forwarding, alias additions.

IT Support Engineer L2 – MSP Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years experience in an MSP environment required, with proven ability to manage and resolve diverse IT issues, implement and support client solutions, and demonstrate familiarity with MSP tools and processes
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, M365, Enterprise tools for OS deployment, software distribution, the client setup on applications
  • Understanding/ familiarity with Microsoft desktop operating systems and productivity applications
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting PC’s
  • Troubleshooting and managing Microsoft Windows-based environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft M365, Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot skills and basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, DNS, DHTP)
