A fast-paced MSP based in Ramsey, NJ is hiring a Tier 1.5 System Administrator who’s eager to build technical depth and gain exposure to cloud, networking, and security technologies. You’ll be the go-to for escalated support tickets, while also assisting with backend infrastructure work and light project deployments. Hybrid schedule with some local client site visits.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Own and resolve Level 1.5 to early Level 2 support tickets (Windows, Microsoft 365, networking)

• Troubleshoot Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, and general user system issues

• Support client systems including servers, workstations, and printers

• Learn and assist with light project work in Azure, networking, and backups

• Occasionally visit local clients around Ramsey (typically under 30 minutes travel)

🧠 What You Bring

• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in an MSP or fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and remote tools

• Working knowledge of ticketing systems and RMM platforms (ConnectWise, Datto, etc.)

• Interest in growing into cloud, security, and project responsibilities

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
