A nationally ranked, Yonkers-based MSP is hiring a Level 2 Systems Administrator to take ownership of both support and project work across small and mid-sized client environments in Westchester County, Manhattan, and surrounding areas. This is a high-visibility, fast-moving role designed for someone with deep troubleshooting experience and a hunger to advance quickly.

You’ll split your time between escalated support and hands-on infrastructure projects—configuring networks, replacing firewalls, rolling out new systems, and improving cloud setups. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a go-to resource for escalated technical issues—servers, workstations, networks, cloud

  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot infrastructure using tools like NinjaOne, ConnectWise, BrightGauge

  • Configure and manage Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, VPNs, firewalls (SonicWall), VLANs, and Wi-Fi (Ubiquiti)

  • Lead and support client-facing IT projects—system rollouts, infrastructure refreshes, network upgrades

  • Travel locally to client sites (mileage reimbursed); primary office is in Yonkers, NY

  • Document changes, share knowledge, and contribute to a team that actually collaborates


✅ What You Bring

  • 2–7 years of hands-on IT support experience within an MSP

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and network configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

  • Proficiency with firewalls, switches, and access points (SonicWall, Dell, Ubiquiti)

  • Solid troubleshooting and customer communication skills

  • Relevant IT certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a big plus
