IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) Overview:
Seeking a IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) to join a next-gen style Cloud Services Provider that located in San Dimas, CA. We have grown since our opening in 1999 and currently are looking to hire two people for this position. The IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) will be joining a 15 person Service Desk team that emphasizes learning by offering cert reimbursement and the ability to work alongside System Administrators on projects M365 migrations, server configurations, and more.
The IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) will be working on a team that supports a specific set of clients and will act as the point of contact for those clients. Technologies the IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) are as follows, but not limited to M365, Windows Servers, VMware, Azure, and SonicWALL. The IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) must have previous MSP experience with ConnectWise experience being a major plus.
IT Support Engineer – Level 1.5 (ConnectWise) Required Skills:
- MSP experience (no exceptions)
- ConnectWise / ITGlue
- Experience doing End User IT Support, Cloud, M365 troubleshooting/administration, basic virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
- At least 1 years of experience in general Network Administration/Troubleshooting
- Ability to perform end-to-end troubleshooting of issues, where the problem may lie in the storage, server, network or anywhere in between
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
