IT Support Engineer Level 1.5 – Partial WFH (MSP)

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer Level 1.5 – Partial WFH (MSP) with previous MSP experience who shares a passion for technology and customer service. The IT Support Engineer Level 1.5 – Partial WFH (MSP) main areas of responsibility are to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to our customers, all while providing excellent customer service.

IT Support Engineer Level 1.5 – Partial WFH (MSP) Responsibilities’ and Requirements:

  • Utilize ConnectWise RMM to perform remote troubleshooting of customer’s hardware, network, application, and procedural issues
  • Maintain accurate notes and status of issues in the ConnectWise ticketing system
  • Interact with customers, network providers, and vendors daily; opening tickets and performing follow-up with internal/external organizations regarding customer-related issues
  • Resolve tickets from the level 1 technicians
  • Windows 10 and up – installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving network issues, including ping testing, IP configuration, and understanding network topology.
  • Experience with routers and firewalls – SonicWALL or Meraki preferred experience
  • Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Azure Entra ID
