IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP)

We are a Brooklyn based Managed Services firm ready to add a IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) to our dynamic & growing team. This is a full time position with benefits and new opportunities for a IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) who is looking for upward career growth.

As our IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) you will be performing projects for our clients that range from Server Upgrades, Cloud Migrations, Office Moves, Network hardware upgrades, IT infrastructure build-outs and more. The IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) will also be responsible for maintaining systems, monitoring alerts, and supporting Virtualization, Cloud, and Windows technologies.

IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) must have 2 or more years of MSP experience and good written and spoken communication, detail oriented, Valid Driver’s license, and willing to travel to client sites

IT Support Engineer – Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:

  • MSP Experience is REQUIRED (2+ YEARS)
  • Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS)
  • Virtualization experience (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Strong and pleasant communication skills
  • Full range of Microsoft products including Office Suite
