IT Support Engineer – Managed Service Provider Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and in-person (as needed)
  • Perform system configurations, installations, and updates
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Manage and maintain M365 administration
  • Monitor and manage firewalls
  • Utilize ConnectWise and IT Glue to track and document client issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues

IT Support Engineer – Managed Service Provider Requirements:

  • Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of M365 administration, firewalls management, ConnectWise, and ITGlue
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus
