IT Support Engineer (MSP/ConnectWise)

As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated IT Support Engineer (MSP/ConnectWise) to join our team. In this role, you’ll be tasked with supporting Windows Servers, managing M365 administration, overseeing Datto systems, configuring and maintaining servers via Hyper-V/VMware/Citrix, and handling cloud computing tasks spanning platforms such as Azure, AWS, and G-suite. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary base ranging from $55K to $65K, contingent upon experience.

IT Support Engineer (MSP/ConnectWise) Experience and Requirements:

  • Microsoft 365 and Windows Server experience
  • Firewall troubleshooting experience (Sophos, Cisco, SonicWALL, Watchguard)
  • Network Setup (installing APs, switches, and firewalls)
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix)
  • Setting Up Customer Networks (cloud to keyboard)
  • Windows Server Installation
  • Configuration Maintenance
  • Ongoing Support (access points, firewalls, and switches)
