We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer who’s stronger than a Tier 1 and ready to conquer the Tier 2 level. Someone with troubleshooting chops, a solid foundation in Microsoft 365, networking, and servers, and a hunger to keep learning.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic network issues
- Support Windows Server environments, including basic PowerShell, AD Connect, and Group Policy
- Diagnose and fix DNS, DHCP, VPN, and MFA issues
- Keep printers, scanners, and VOIP systems running smoothly
- Deploy and configure new workstations, migrate data, and manage licenses
- Collaborate with Tier 2+ engineers to tackle more advanced projects
- Deliver exceptional customer service, translating technical issues into user-friendly solutions
- Document solutions and contribute to an ever-improving knowledge base
What You Bring
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Experience troubleshooting Windows desktops/servers, Microsoft 365, and networking basics
- Ability to diagnose connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, VoIP, AD Sync)
- Strong documentation skills – you log tickets clearly and concisely
- A team-player mentality – willing to step up, learn, and grow
- Great communication skills – able to explain technical issues in a client-friendly way
- Previous MSP experience is a plus
