We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer Tier 2.5 who excels as a problem solver, strong communicator, and highly technical professional. This role involves analyzing trends for automation potential, backend system administration, and providing tier II support to end users on our service desk.

IT Support Engineer Tier 2.5 (MSP) Required Skills And Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in network/IT systems and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in helpdesk/desktop support.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory Management, Group Policy, etc.
  • General understanding of TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS.
  • Hands-on experience with virus, spyware, and malware removal.
  • Network troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience installing and supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Firewall, Spam Filtering, AV, and other security tools.

IT Support Engineer Tier 2.5 (MSP) Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting networks for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Administration of Cloud Services.
  • MAC experience.
  • Familiarity with Fortinet Firewalls and Switches.
  • Knowledge of Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
  • Experience with VPN solutions.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell.

Salary: $70K – $85K
