IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Configure and install various computer and Windows Servers, up to version 2019
- O365 administration and migrations
- Knowledge of Citrix and VMware
- Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
- Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer networks and in-house servers
- Azure support
