IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP)

We’re seeking an IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) to work a hybrid schedule and visit clients in LA as needed. The IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) will WFH 2-3 days per week.

The IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) should have at least a year of MSP experience and be familiar with ConnectWise, Autotask, or other MSP RMM/PSA tools. The IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) will make heavy use of O365, Windows Server, VMware, Azure, and network troubleshooting/administration. Previous experience working on O365 migrations is highly preferred.

IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Requirements:

  • Configure and install various computer and Windows Servers, up to version 2019
  • O365 administration and migrations
  • Knowledge of Citrix and VMware
  • Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
  • Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer networks and in-house servers
  • Azure support
