IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP):

We’re currently seeking an IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) with a minimum of 3 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in an MSP environment.
IT Support Engineer Tier 2 (MSP) Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound phone and remote support for end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with desktop systems, servers, and networks.
- Perform PC installations, rebuilds, and manage peripherals.
- Configure and support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.
- Manage and troubleshoot virtual environments, including VMware and Hyper-V.
- Support M365 suite applications and assist with cloud migration tasks.
- Monitor and maintain network security measures, including firewall and VPN configurations.
- Ensure regular system backups and maintain accurate documentation.
- Oversee help desk tickets and monitor network/server performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and participate in special projects as required.
