IT Support & Project Engineer (Tier 2.5):
We are seeking an MSP experienced IT Professional who has system administration and engineering experience.
The IT Support & Project Engineer (Tier 2.5) will be joining a prestigious Managed Service Provider that has been a leading IT organization in the greater Chicago region. This individual will split their time 50/50 between escalated support and project based work. The ideal IT Support & Project Engineer (Tier 2.5) is someone is motivated to grow, eager to learn, has a diverse technical skill set, and is a team player.
IT Support & Project Engineer (Tier 2.5) MSP Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 administration & migration support
- Azure infrastructure (implementation, management)
- System Administration (Windows Servers)
- Security & compliance to safeguard infrastructure
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Network Infrastructure management (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall, Aruba)
IT Support & Project Engineer (Tier 2.5) MSP Requirements:
- 3+ years of Microsoft cloud administration
- 3+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED*
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machines
- Experience with backup & disaster recovery
- Experience migrating clients over to the cloud
- Experience with VMware
- Experience with ConnectWise
- Network Experience: Fordinet, Cisco, Sophos, SonicWall, Aruba
IT Support & Project Engineer (Tier 2.5) MSP Benefits:
- Salary: $90,000-$105,000
