IT Support Specialist & Field Technician (MSP)
We are seeking a IT Support Specialist & Field Technician (MSP) to join a Managed Cloud Services Provider who has been providing high-level support to small to large businesses since 2000. We are seeking IT Support Specialist & Field Technician to support our clients both remotely and onsite. The purpose of the IT Support Specialist & Field Technician is to provide technical leadership, day to day support to clients, and management to customers network and system infrastructure.

IT Support Specialist & Field Technician (MSP) Qualifications:
- Server OS and associated technologies experience – (Server 2008 +, PowerShell, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of DNS and how it affects network and servers
- 2+ years MSP experience REQUIRED
- Experience with Office 365 migrations, troubleshooting and setup
- Network administration and configuration (Sophos, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or SonicWall, preferred.)
- Switch installation, configuration and troubleshooting with VLAN configuration.
- Knowledge and understanding of virtualization technologies VMware OR Hyper-V
- Experience with Azure preferred
- ConnectWise experience preferred
IT Support Specialist & Field Technician (MSP) Benefits:
