IT Support Specialist & IT Field Superhero (MSP):
This is an opportunity to join an international proactive Cloud Managed Service Provider with 20+ years of growth. We are focused on modernizing IT infrastructures in the financial service industry and serving those clients within the Manhattan area.
We are currently looking for a consultative and experienced IT Support Specialist & IT Field Superhero to join our team. The IT Support Specialist & IT Field Superhero will split time between providing scheduled onsite visits to clients within the area and providing support from their office. You will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Technologies (Azure, AD, MDM, Servers, Intune, etc.), Windows Server, and working hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers.
IT Support Specialist & IT Field Superhero (MSP) Requirements:
- 4+ years in system administration
- 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED)
- Experience managing a set of small to medium size business clients
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers up to 19
- Experience with O365 migrations
- Knowledge of Citrix and VMware administration
- Install and maintain approved security tools, and policies, and follow procedures to implement
- Support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate customer’s networks and in-house servers
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
IT Support Specialist & IT Field Superhero (MSP) Benefits:
