We’re an established Managed Services Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-sized businesses across New York City. We’re hiring a IT Support Specialist Level 2 (MSP) to join our team and deliver both remote and onsite support. This is a full-time, permanent role that ideal for someone with prior MSP experience who’s ready to deepen their skills, take on new challenges daily, and grow into more advanced technical or client-facing roles within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite support for end users, desktops, laptops, networks, and cloud services
  • Set up and configure Windows desktops, servers, firewalls, and networking hardware
  • Support onboarding/offboarding, manage Microsoft 365 accounts, and handle email migrations
  • Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets and partner with senior engineers on complex issues
  • Maintain documentation, asset tracking, and inventory across client environments
  • Deliver exceptional communication and customer service to clients

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working for a Managed Services Provider (required)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP
  • Hands-on experience with desktop support, remote access tools, and hardware setup
  • Clear communicator with a proactive and client-service-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel locally to client sites (mileage and expenses reimbursed)

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000–$70,000, based on experience
