We’re a fast-growing IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) based in Woodland Park, NJ, delivering proactive, secure, and client-focused IT support to small and mid-sized businesses across multiple industries. As demand continues to grow, we’re looking to bring on a dedicated Level 1 IT Support Technician who is ready to learn, contribute, and grow into a Level 2 role in the near future.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in a technical support role who is motivated by growth, structure, and teamwork in a dynamic MSP setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Level 1 support via phone, email, and remote tools for Windows workstations, printers, Office 365, and basic network issues
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Manage support tickets and documentation using PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask)
  • Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 technicians as needed
  • Support client users with professionalism, clear communication, and a client-first mindset
  • Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support delivery

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in an MSP or client-facing IT environment
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with RMM platforms and PSA ticketing systems
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for helping others and growing in your technical career
  • Eagerness to take on greater technical challenges and transition into a Level 2 role

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to firewalls, VPNs, or remote desktop tools
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft)
  • Familiarity with PowerShell or scripting/automation tools
