IT Support Specialist (MSP)
We are currently seeking a IT Support Specialist (MSP) to join our growing team!
The IT Support Specialist (MSP) will be joining a national Cloud, Network Management, IaaS, company with internal growth opportunities. The IT Support Specialist (MSP) will be responsible for troubleshooting client backup systems, building and deploying client workstations, and fielding helpdesk calls.
IT Support Specialist (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Complete remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
- Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level
- Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications/operating systems
IT Support Specialist (MSP) Requirements:
- 1+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED***
- 1+ years experience with ConnectWise OR Autotask
- 2-5 years working with Active Directory, ,M365 administration and Windows OS
- CCNA or MCSA a major plus
