IT Support Specialist (MSP)

We are a fun Managed Service Provider with a tight knit team. We understand working for an MSP is fast pace and make it a point to ensure we have enough technicians to have a manageable workload and maintain work life balance.

Our primary focus as an MSP is quality of support for our clients. We specialize in servicing the small- midsize business space and have a wide range of service offerings including helpdesk support, consulting, network design, internet security, disaster recovery, cloud migrations, and more.

Currently we are seeking an IT Support Specialist who will be responsible for taking in coming tickets and work along side senior engineers on some projects. The IT Support Specialist will have endless opportunities to work with new technologies and grow their IT career.

IT Support Specialist (MSP) Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
  • Autotask/Datto/ITGlue experience
  • Network support (WatchGuard/Barracuda/Aruba) preferred
  • Windows OS & Windows Server experience
  • Experience troubleshooting & administering M365
  • Experience supporting Azure Entra ID
